It was deemed relatively quickly that the lack of electricity in the room was a breaker issue. The power issue had never occurred before so I'd never realized I had a second breaker box. He finally located it, resolved the issue and provided advice as to what may have contributed to this first-time event of 30+ yrs...nightlights? The second tech did a great job of replacing a kitchen fixture. He took great care to line it up correctly and ensured that the multiple hanging globes were to my requirements. My single recommendation is that this company supply their employees with K95 or KN95 masks. Neither employee was vaccinated. Had I not been able to supply each with a mask, I would have had no option other than to cancel the services. Current "used mask protocol" should be observed so that contaminated masks aren't carried from one location to another. Both techs were very amenable to wearing the provided masks throughout the service call. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided. read less

We went through our home warranty company who sent another electrician out. They couldn't figure out why they were tripped and wanted to charge $450 to drop a new line since they couldn't find the GFI for it. I decided to call someone else and get a second estimate. So happy I did!! Not only did he locate the GFI within just a couple minutes of looking for it, he reset it and the outlets came back on. We thought all was good, but that night when we plugged in the Christmas lights they went out again. He came back out, replaced the GFCI, and waited around for a little bit to see if it tripped again. When it did he replaced something in the breaker box and it hasn't tripped again. I'm very happy with the service and attention we received to get this problem fixed and it cost me a lot less to fix it. read less
